Chevrolet’s latest attempt at making the engine air filter more user friendly has the potential to make the car more fuel efficient.
The company recently introduced a new engine air filters, called the Air Filter Plus, which will make it easier for people to filter out emissions.
The new filter will be available in three models: the air filter Plus 1.0, which has an air filter that can filter 80 percent of the pollutants emitted by a standard engine, the Air filter Plus 2.0 and the Air filters Plus 3.0.
The Air filters will be offered in two colors, black and silver, and are priced at $149 and $249.
The air filters will also be available as a standard on the company’s Chevrolet Bolt EV and its new Chevy Bolt EV Plus.
The first Air filter will hit dealerships later this month.
The newest engine air-filter features a metal housing that can be attached to the front or rear bumper, and is meant to filter particulate matter that would normally be filtered out.
In the future, the company plans to launch a new air filter product, called Engine Air Filters, that will filter out even more emissions and will be used by other brands in the near future. [CNN]
