The U.N. is trying to put the brakes on a trend of more and more workers being recruited to fill high-demand jobs like civil engineering positions.
Civil engineers have become increasingly scarce in recent years, and their numbers have shrunk to a historic low, according to the U,N.’s World Civil Engineering and Engineering Services report.
The UN. expects to lose about 9,500 jobs in civil engineering by 2020, with nearly 10 percent of them in the U-20 cohort, according a recent analysis of job data by the nonprofit.
It’s a problem the government is taking measures to try to fix, with a new government program called the Federal Civil Engineering Jobs Program (FCJJP), which aims to recruit the best and brightest civil engineers into the workforce.
The program has the support of Congress, the U., and the State Department, which is spending $10 million to hire more than 700 engineers a year to work in government facilities and other government-run organizations.
The program, which began last year, is part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and aims to double the number of high-quality engineers by 2020.
The goal is to triple the number by 2030.
In the United States, a number of factors have contributed to the shortage of engineers, said Mark Pascual, a professor at the University of California, Irvine, who researches the U.-20 population.
For starters, a shortage of qualified applicants has led to a shortage in the supply of qualified candidates.
A shortage of skilled workers has created a “lack of demand for skilled workers,” Pascual said.
There are also growing challenges in hiring civil engineers.
“It’s more challenging than the demand for engineers,” Pescual said.
The supply of engineers has shrunk, so the demand is also falling.
If the government wants to hire civil engineers, Pascuella said, it must find a way to increase the number to help fill the jobs.
He said the United Kingdom has done a great job recruiting engineers, and they’re doing a great service for the economy.
But the U.”s own research shows that the U.’s engineering workforce has shrunk by a fifth, and that the number needed for the country’s economy is increasing at a faster pace than the economy can absorb.
Even the United Arab Emirates is struggling to attract talented engineers to fill jobs that were once filled by skilled foreign workers, according the UAs own research.
That makes the United Nation’s new program even more important, Pescuella added.
Pascuel said the new program is one part of an effort by the U to help the global economy, and by extension the U’s citizens, through a series of initiatives.
With a population of more than 1.3 billion, the United nations needs engineers to build its infrastructure and help develop its energy supply, he said.
